I have spent a lot of money on Facebook and Instagram advertising.
Some of it made money.
Some of it taught me expensive lessons.
Over the years, I have learned that running Facebook ads is not particularly difficult.
Running them profitably is.
Anyone can open Ads Manager, choose an audience, upload a video and click Publish.
The difficult part is knowing what to do when the ad goes live.
These decisions are where most of the money is made or lost.
On Saturday, 26th September, I am holding a small Facebook Ads Masterclass in Lagos.
There will be only 5 people in the room. The fee is ₦100,000 per person.
And we are going to spend the day studying how to run Facebook and Instagram ads properly.
Bring your laptop.
We are opening Ads Manager.
I will show you how I think about an advertising campaign before I spend the first naira.
We will look at the offer. The customer. The message. The creative. The campaign structure. The numbers. And what happens after the campaign starts spending money.
Because one of the biggest mistakes people make with Facebook advertising is assuming the work begins inside Ads Manager. It doesn't.
A bad offer with brilliant targeting is still a bad offer.
A boring advertisement shown to the perfect audience is still a boring advertisement.
And putting more money behind an advertisement that doesn't work simply helps you lose money faster.
We will start with the part most Facebook Ads courses barely discuss:
What are you actually selling, and why should anybody care?
I will show you how I think about offers, advertising angles, hooks and messages before launching a campaign.
Then we will get into Ads Manager. You will learn how I approach campaign objectives, audiences, budgets, placements, creatives and campaign structure.
We will talk about testing. What should you test? How much should you spend? How long should you wait? How do you know when an ad has failed? How do you know when you've found something worth scaling?
Then we will talk about numbers.
Not because knowing advertising acronyms makes you a good marketer. But because the numbers tell you a story. I want you to learn how to read that story.
If 100 people see your advertisement and nobody clicks, that tells us something. If people click but nobody buys, that tells us something else. If people buy but it costs too much to acquire them, we have another problem entirely.
Once you understand what the numbers are telling you, Facebook advertising becomes much less mysterious.
Getting one profitable campaign is one thing. Knowing what to do next is another.
When should you increase your budget? By how much? When should you introduce new creatives? When should you leave a winning campaign alone? When should you kill it?
I will show you how I think about those decisions.
You do not need to be an expert. But you should come prepared to work. Bring your laptop, bring your questions, and if you're already advertising, bring your campaigns too.
Because I don't want to teach this in a room filled with 50 people.
I want you to be able to ask questions. If you're already running ads, we can look at them. If you own a business, we can discuss what you're selling. If your campaigns aren't working, we can examine where the problem might be.
You are not paying ₦100,000 to sit at the back of a hall and watch PowerPoint slides.
You are paying for access to a small room where we can actually do the work.
People in the room.
That's it.
Pay to secure your place. Venue details sent after payment confirmation.

That is why I am keeping this class to five people. If that is the kind of learning you want, I would be glad to have you in the room.
